You can also watch videos on the Home page and About Page, presented by suppliers that have benefited from engaging more proactively with the travel trade.
Please remember that the number of visitors that your business can facilitate is often not an issue for buyers - especially as they will often be looking for experiences that can be tailored to small groups or individuals.

The entire platform offers a simple navigation to allow you to spend as long as you wish on some areas and skim past others. The interactive areas such as the free pre-check and paid for Audits take less than a minute to complete, and the template for Travel Trade Ready businesses takes around 5 minutes to complete. You can save your template at any point and log back in; but please be aware that your information will not be published if it is not complete.
The videos on the Home page and About page are around 45 seconds each and the Explainer videos if you are not yet Travel Trade Ready are also around 45 seconds, with one overview video that runs to around 5 minutes.
We have tried to be as inclusive as possible. The main supplier categories are Attractions, Accommodation Providers, Tour Guides, Restaurants, Pubs and Bars, Brewery and Wine Tours and Golf Courses. We are always keen to add further categories - please do let us know.
The inbound/international buyer categories currently are split into Tour Operators/DMCs, OTAs, Student and Youth Operators, and the domestic/outbound buyers are split into Sustainable/Eco Tourism and Group Travel Organisers.
Each buyer type has a separate Audit
Travel Trade Ready is fully GDPR compliant with regard to the safe keeping of your business information (email, website and business mobile/cell number). We also verify the authenticity of every buyer on the platform before they are allowed access to any supplier information.
b2me Tourism Marketing Ltd is registered with the ICO for the purposes of data collection. We would strongly advise that personal mobile numbers and emails addresses are not used for contact purposes.
No; not at all. Travel Trade Ready allows tourism businesses to assess their readiness to work with the travel trade and then provides the opportunity to contact a variety of travel trade professionals across a wide range of market sectors. It also offers buyers a chance to learn more about travel trade ready businesses by downloading your bespoke marketing materials and getting in contact with you. The platform does not offer any opportunity to create a contract.
If the audit analysis shows that your business is ready; the platform will guide you through completing a fully editable Instant Expert© template designed to showcase your business to buyers that can find you by name, business type and location.
You will be able to specify all the key aspects of your business, including group sizes - so please don't worry if you don't have a large capacity!
You will also be able to search for relevant buyers that you would like to contact subject to their contact opt in preferences.
If you don’t quite make the required grade, it will be because there are specific criteria that you are not currently able to meet. We offer a variety of video explainers from tour operators as well as telephone and email support. You will be able to login using your username and password to take one re-test free of charge which should get you on your way!
Our Premium Services are charged at £300 plus VAT for the first year and there is an annual subscription charge of £195 plus VAT to remain on the platform from year 2 onwards.
All travel trade professionals that sign up to the platform will opt into searching for and receiving information from suppliers they are interested in. As long as you have passed a minimum of one Audit and have completed your Instant Expert© template; they will be able to search for your trade information by name, business type and geography and download it as a PDF.
Changes to text, contact information, images or logos are unlimited during your subscription year.
The bottom of the home page will show the names of some of the buyers on the platform. Once you have passed an Audit you will be able to search for and download details of relevant opted in buyers that wish to be contacted. The more Audits you pass, the more buyers you will be able to search for and download.
Yes. Once you are registered and your subscription year has begun; you can take separate audits for each buyer type. To take an additional audit, log in to your supplier page and click 'Add New Audit' to add an additional buyer type to your portfolio. You will not be charged to take multiple audits; but you must pass at least one (either first time or on a re-test) before adding any further Audits. You will also need to complete an additional Instant Expert© template for each additional buyer type as the information required by buyer type may vary.
If you choose not to renew your subscription, or wish to leave the platform at any time; for any reason - all your information will be removed, including any completed audits, profile information etc. We will not retain any data on you whatsoever as soon as you request its removal.
