Travel Trade Ready only includes suppliers that have passed a ten question selection procedure covering all the essentials of working with trade buyers from your sector, including tour operators, DMCs, OTAs, Education/Student operators as well as coach operators and group travel organsers. This will include all the basics such as voucher acceptance, understanding that they must offer commissions or net rates, offering credit, fixing prices for a minimum of 12 months, providing dedicated group entrances, organisers incentives etc etc.

Everything that you will see (either on screen or as a downloadable PDF) is designed with both you and your sales teams in mind. The information is split into Need To Know facts – including opening times, address, child policies etc; Good To Know facts – including minimum and maximum group sizes, time on site, best times to visit etc; and Did You Know? insights to help paint an even clearer picture.

You will also get contact information (name, email address and phone number) all contained on a single sheet. The type of information you receive will be tailored according to the type of supplier you are looking at – accommodation providers, attractions, restaurants, golf courses, pubs and bars and tour guides will all be providing pertinent facts and insights to help you make decisions quickly and easily.

You can choose to search for suppliers in a variety of ways – by name, by business type and by geography.

No – you can opt in to receive information from the suppliers that you want to hear from (again by business type or geography). This way you will only get information from a trade ready supplier that is relevant to you.

Yes, but only if you opt in to allow them to direct mail you. This might be useful for fam trip invitations, meeting planning or news updates.

Travel Trade Ready is about building relationships –  it is not a contracting platform so any business that you want to discuss can be done face to face or by telephone/email. Please do tell them what you’re looking for; there’s no need to provide any more corporate information than you want to – but do please tell them anything that will help them know if you are likely to be interested in hearing from them. It will also be really useful for you to say what trade events you are planning on attending from the drop down list.

You can select specific suppliers that you want to hear from - they will have to pass an Audit for your business type (DMC, OTA, Educational Tour Operator, GTO etc so please choose the type of supplier against the main business type that you represent. If you support several types of business you can choose the options for each sub type as well.

No. The service that Travel Trade Ready provides is completely free of charge to any buyer.
